Please read these Terms and Conditions
carefully prior to use of this website. Your use of this website indicates
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is governed by English
law and the English courts or by the law and the courts governing where
your property is if this is outside England or Wales.
"Bathing Bliss Ltd" represents
Bathing Bliss Bathrooms and Surfacestyle.
Bathing Bliss Bathrooms is a reputable company,
with the main aim of supplying you the customer, with premium quality
products at competitive prices in a manner of service which you would
expect from any self respecting establishment. We take our responsibility
as an online retailer very seriously and we will never at any time knowingly
supply sub standard or inferior products. The products we advertise
have been carefully selected from a number of high quality manufacturers
who we have developed excellent working relationships with over many
years.
However, on occasion's certain circumstances arise regarding either
the quality of the product or service received. In the event of such
a situation we have compiled a list of terms and conditions in order
to provide you with our working guidelines and responsibilities to you
as a customer.
Your rights to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order
at any point up to 7 working days after receiving goods. You will receive
a full refund within 30 days once we have received your cancellation
instructions in writing. Unfortunately, notification by telephone is
not sufficient.
Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise
your right to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered
to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Bathing Bliss Bathrooms
at your own cost and in the original and unmarked packaging. The goods
must be returned in the same condition as supplied and you must take
reasonable care of the goods until they are returned. You must take
reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime
or in transit. Please note the return of none faulty goods will incur a 25% restocking fee. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall,
after receiving notification either collect the goods from you or ask
you to return the goods yourself and refund you the reasonable postage
costs.
However, for products which are custom manufactured (e.g. made-to-measure
glass shower enclosures). These items cannot be cancelled once work
has begun and you may be liable for the full cost of the product once
your order has been placed, except in the case of faulty or misdescribed
goods.
Payment
For most products payment is required in full at time of order. These
are generally "off the shelf" products which are simply held
in stock waiting for despatch to prospective customers. Exceptions include
products whereby you require a template/installation service or products
which have a lengthy turnaround due to their bespoke nature, i.e. Glass
or Corian vanity worktops. For these products a deposit is required
at time of order with the final amount due on the day of despatch.
Payment can be accepted via a variety
of methods. Visa, MasterCard and Maestro are all accepted methods. Cheque
is also acceptable but no goods would be despatched until the cheque
has fully cleared within our account systems.
Any purchase which is based on a deposit,
a final payment structure is also applicable to these terms. The initial
deposit needs to be in cleared funds prior to template/drawings being
issued. On the day of despatch the final payment needs to be in cleared
funds. Please note that the card details you supply us with for the
deposit will be the same card which we take final payment from automatically
on the day of despatch unless otherwise notified. If the final payment
method is to differ, we must be informed at least 48 hours prior to
despatch. A cheque is not acceptable as final payment unless it is in
the form of a banker's draught or other such method whereby funds are
cleared.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order we will
plan and confirm the delivery schedule by telephone or email. This may
differ depending on which product you have purchased and stock availability.
PLEASE NOTE: All fragile items carry a delivery charge. Please check below the delivery charge for these items. If your postcode is not listed, please contact Bathing Bliss Bathrooms on 0845 838 7571.
If your order is placed outside of our
normal opening hours such as weekends or bank holidays, the estimated
delivery time should be measured from the next working day.
All deliveries are undertaken Monday
- Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our estimated delivery timescales are
guidelines only and may take up to 28 working days from receipt of order, if goods are out of stock. Please do not book
plumbers/tradesman based on these guidelines. We cannot be held liable for any plumber or tradesman costs you may
incur if goods arrive late or damaged.
We will endeavour to meet all timeframes
agreed with you the customer. However, should the unlikely event occur
whereby we exceed the given parameters we will contact you and agree
an alternate date.
The price of delivery will depend on
the product ordered and will be made clear to you prior to you accepting
the purchase. All deliveries except those with a template/installation
procedure will be kerb side service and will require help upon receipt
to offload.
Please understand that the timeframes
we supply you with for our products (bespoke particularly) are guidelines.
We will endeavour to meet all timeframes agreed with you the customer.
Should the unlikely event occur whereby we exceed the given parameters
or in the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond the reasonable control
of Bathing Bliss Bathrooms, we will contact you and agree an alternate date. Please
remember that distribution can only operate within the laws of the country
and stoppages and accidents on our motorways may hold up your delivery
making the situation completely outside any persons control and consequently
any person's responsibility.
When you receive the product you must
be available to check the product and make sure it is both acceptable
and the product you ordered. If upon receipt of the product it is damaged
please immediately inform both the delivery driver and our office staff
and write on the delivery receipt that the product is damaged. Any information
regarding the damage would also be very helpful.
We can not stress the importance of being
available on the day of delivery and checking the products when you
receive them. If you leave the responsibility to somebody else to receive
them you need to stress the importance of making absolutely sure that
what you have ordered is what you receive in perfect condition and that
they don't sign the delivery acceptance without being sure of this.
If the product/s is either incorrect
or damaged we will replace/collect the specific products in as speedy
a timeframe as possible. We certainly don't want to hold you up or cause
needless added pressure and will do all within our abilities to keep
the situation under control.
Returns/unsatisfactory goods
It is certainly not our desire to cause
any undue stress for you regarding the products we supply. However,
if a product has been damaged in transit or prior to delivery, please
make sure that you follow the receipt guidelines laid out in the delivery
section. You must check at time of delivery of such breakages and inform
the delivery driver. Please do not sign the delivery docket acceptable
without making absolutely sure that the product received is acceptable.
If the goods are damaged please inform us immediately by writing or
calling 0845 838 7571 and we will arrange for a collection and replacement
or refund depending upon the nature of the situation.
Please remember that a considerable amount
of our products are natural and thus are open to the possibility of
natural defects such as colour deviations and natural fissures.
Upon receipt of the products and taking
into consideration our terms and guidelines, should you still not accept
the product you've received and feel that you have definite rights for
a replacement/refund, please place in writing exactly what your issues
are and we will reply within 5 working days receipt of the letter. We
do want you to be happy with the product you have purchased from Bathing
Bliss and would like to keep your shopping experience free from stress,
but we do understand that sometimes this may be unavoidable. We would
like you to understand that in such situations we never ignore customers'
complaints and always act upon them as soon as is humanly possible.
